Shipping & Returns policy

Shipping

All orders are shipped First Class. Delivery is normally 3–5 working days, but delays caused by couriers are outside of our control and we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries.
Any damage caused by delivery couriers is not our responsibility. Customers must contact the courier directly to resolve such issues.

VAT & Import Duties

We are not VAT registered.

Orders shipped to the UK or internationally may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees, which are charged by your local customs authority or courier on delivery.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

We want you to be satisfied with your order, but please note the following conditions:

Eligibility
- You must email us at karlosagladious@hotmail.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return/refund.
- Products must be returned to us within 14 days of your original receipt to qualify for a refund.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.
Conditions for Returns
- New products: Cannot be returned once the package has been opened.
- Used products: Will not be refunded if they are returned in a different condition than when originally sold.
- Digital downloads: No refunds are available for digital products once paid for.
- Custom or made-to-order products (e.g., canvases): Cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refund Process
- Refunds will only be issued once we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
- If the product is ineligible for a refund (e.g., used, damaged, or late return), no reimbursement will be issued.
