Client Photo Release & Promotional Use Disclaimer
All clients are required to review, agree to, and sign a Photography Service & Photo Release Agreement prior to their scheduled photoshoot. This agreement ensures clarity regarding service provided and the use and distribution of images captured during your session.
Clients who grant permission for their photos to be used for promotional purposes — including but not limited to display on my website, portfolio, and social media platforms — will receive a 15% discount on their session fee.
By default, images will remain private and will not be shared publicly unless explicit written consent is given through the signed release form.
